Pregnancy weight.

This is my first child and it's an amazing experience. I started off at 135 max and I'm now at 155. I'm going to hit my 6th month mark next week and feel like my weight gaining is a bit much for my personal body.
I live in Florida so I usually try to take a jog early morning or do work out routines in my house, though my eating habits are controlling my Prego brain. I've started this app just to see if any one has great tips on how to maintain a healthy steadfast weight gain through out the rest of my pregnancy. I'm extremely big on staying fit and slender and not having too much weight to loose afterwards.
Any ideas or motivation would be wonderful. Thank you!

Talk to your doctor. My doctor put me on a low sugar diet, eating every 2-3 hours. I had gestational diabetes, but when I got on that diet I stopped gaining weight as quickly as I was. You doctor should've able to find a nutritional plan that is right for you and your little one.0
