Skinny Weekend Brownies
Skinny Weekend Brownies
Ingredients
200 grams Prunes, Dried, Stewed, no sugar added (babyfood will work great!)
3 tbsp Cocoa, Dry Powder, Unsweetened
1 medium Egg, Whole
1 large Egg, White
1 tsp Sunflower Oil
100 grams 2% Partly Skimmed Milk
3/4 cup Flour, All Purpose
100 grams Sugars, Granulated
1 tsp Baking Powder
15 grams Rum
pinch of salt
Directions
1) preheat the oven on gas 4. spray 22x30cm pan with non stick cooking spray or cover the bottom with no stick baking paper (i use paper)
2) mix all the dry ingredients in a medium bowl (sift flour twice, the brownies will be fluffier) make a weel in the middle of the bowl.
3) add egg yolk, oil, milk, rum and vanilla extract (if desired) in the weel and mix untill smooth
4) in a small bowl beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt untill stiff. fold white mix in the flour mix very gently
6) pour the batter in the pan (do not preheat) and bake for 20-25 minutes, or untill the toothpick inserted comes out clean.
7) cut into 18 medium squares and enjoy!!
serves 18, 70 calories a piece
