Weighing In

Anybody else have a set day where they do a weigh in and the results show a gain, even if properly following your eat/exercise routine? Funny part is, the next day, I end up showing the weight loss for the calories I budgeted for. I stopped sticking to a particular day. If I feel lighter one day, I'll do a weigh in. Anybody else experience this?

I weigh myself every day, dry and on an empty stomach. my weight easily fluctuates by 3 lbs per day. ..so I don't put too much faith into it...just the general trend0

I weigh every day, and only log losses. So in a week I may have lost 2-3 lbs but it looks like 1lb at a time on my graph.0

I weigh in when I feel like it. Sometimes it's a few times a week, sometimes it's once every few weeks. It depends on how I feel.0

This. I may or may not log my weight on the app but I will log what the BF% and water say on my physical calendar

I have set weigh-ins on Wednesdays...I figure it's in the middle of the week, a few days after a weekend if I don't stay on track, which I usually do (for the most part)...but I am guilty of the "weight every day obsession" a lot of the time0
