Japanese food

I know that Japanese food is probably not the best but it is one of my favorites. There are 2 fast food type Japanese restaurants in our area and we tend to eat there pretty often. I can't seem to find the calories anywhere online. I typically always get the same thing at both places.... Teriyaki Chicken or Yaki with rice, mushrooms and sweet carrots. Can someone help me find a good estimate for the calories. I know I sure won't be able to eat the whole entree and stay with in my calorie range but would like to atleast get a good idea of how much I could eat.

For things I eat out all the time, I deconstruct. Maybe overkill, but I'd find a recipe. And I'd actually cook it and figure out tweaks needed to make it taste more like the restaurant. I'd put the tweaked version in the recipe builder. Unfortunately, teriyaki is often loaded with sugar. :(

ETA more overkill BUT for the dishes I order frequently, at least once I'll eat half, bring the other half home and weight it to calibrate my recipe builder entry. I don't do that for salads. Just things like chicken teriyaki.

I love Japanese food. Katsu chicken with curry and rice does not go down well in the calorie stakes. I also find a recipe online however I am lazy and just throw it in a guestimate. I do make sure I try and be conservative and make sure the recipe has no low fat options because I am sure they don't.
My favourite however is Pork Ramen however the salty broth really throws the sodium out.
Worst comes to worst sashimi is always a good healthy option with edamame. Mmmmm fugu.
