What supliments do you take.

I am a life ong learner and work out enthusiast. I have been going to the gym for the past 25 years and started running three years ago. I have tried almost all the popular and fad diets out there like Atkins, HCG. I am currently training for my first half marathon in October this fall.
I have been exercising most of my life and taken all sorts of supliments from pre work out to post work out, creatine and amino acids. I just recently just started using Thrive this year and February with great results. 10 weeks ago I decided to try the Body for life program again (I did it 12 years ago). And I am finally getting to my goal weight and in the best shape of my life. The only thing that lacks for me in the Thrive program is high Protien so I still take a sugar free Protien suppliment with 32 grams per scoop called ISO Naturalby Allmax Nutrition.

Hi jdshome. I am a Thriver, too, and so is my boyfriend. Do you have a Maxx Muscle where you are? My boyfriend works out a lot and needs a ton of extra protein and carbs, so he uses Maxx Muscle's Carbo Maxx and MaxPro protein. I personally also need more protein in a day so I add an additional protein shake to what I take on Thrive on days where I work out twice. Are you using the Activate pre-workout and are you patching up every day? I recently also started taking Move from the Thrive line and it has changed a lot for me as well. It might help with your half marathon. It's pretty great stuff.
Tell me more about what you're doing with Body for Life. Are you just following the diet program? Or are you doing the full program?0
