how do you become less obsessed with the scale? I've lost 1.8 stone since last year but I'm struggling to go further. Everyone keeps telling me not to worry because the change will come in my body as I'm doing weights but in my head I have a target to get to.. Anyone else struggle with the mentality behind this?

Start tracking your progress in different ways. Take measurements using a tape measure, take weekly progress pictures, keep track of how clothes are fitting and measure your body fat.
Some weeks it's normal to see no scale change but find your other measurements have changed.0 -
Do you measure your body fat % ?
You look great btw, you can really see a difference, well done!0 -
I liked the before picture, too0

I hear you! Struggling with the same issue. Have recently joined a gym and am trying to focus on my progress there. Also getting fitter when cycling. Small consolation for those incredibly stubborn last few kilos.0

Just one of them that I know I'm going in the right direction so just have to keep pushing. Thanks for the comments on my pictures. Appreciated0

You're looking great! There's a big difference. Definitely start taking measurements and looking at body fat percentage in addition to the scale.0

Can see your abs coming through on that last pic. Awesome. What body fat % are you right now?

Not sure about body fat. I don't trust the machines or callipers. Looking at pictures I would say around 18-22% but really not sure
Thank you for all the comments though. It feeds my motivation that's for sure0 -
Someone has described me as a muffin top haha0
