Looking for support!

hey guys so my goals are to lose 20 pounds, 10 by November. I'm 20 and weigh 167 lbs. I've suffered through depression, binge eating, and other unhealthy things but I'm looking to do this the healthy way! My sister and I just got a gym membership and for the past week we have been going daily with a day off for rest on Sat. I'd love some people who were looking for supportive and active friends on MFP! ✌

    Go you! I'd hard to get past an eating disorder. And way to go committing to a gym. I've been trying to go at least 4 times a week. You do classes? Or just free weights and cardio? Good luck to you
