I have been at this diet now for 5 weeks.....doing GREAT! My hubby is supportive.....but some days I need more! :(
Feeling down tonight because I had pizza...and yes I have been sooooo good......and everyone keeps telling me that its okay to give into cravings sometimes....and i have been soooo active....this is the only thing that i sit down for....lol. I need someone to tell me that i am not going to gain 3 pounds for eating it,... :(

    And Yes, I agree with those that tell you that cheating is okay - just not every day. Just a little treat once in a while to keep you sane!

    Hi - I just started this diet today and didn't begin so well - went over my calories. But at least I ate healthy for the most part, with the exception of some low fat ice cream this evening. It sounds like you're doing great - I'm hoping to do better the rest of the week. :)

    You need to treat yourself once in awhile or you will fail. Deiting isnt only abourt losing weight its about adjusting what you eat . So you had pizza last night big deal just go east for the next 2 days and exercise extra if you have time and it will help with the guilt you are feeling LOL. You can add me as a friend for encouragement if you like. I hope your pizza was delicious.

    Here's my take. I know I will not go the rest of my life not eating pizza (i do enjoy pizza). The key is moderation and balancing it with the rest of your intake for the day. Good luck on your journey. MFP has been a great place for me. I hope it is for you as well. Friend me I'd you'd like I like to meet supportive people on this site :smile:

    Well you have to realize that you are human and we are not perfect. Therefore if you eat a piece of pizza it won't be the end of your diet or the end of the world. I have been on my "new eating habits" for a week now and I gave in and had a piece of my sons birthday cake, but I got back on the wagon today. Don't beat yourself up! It's ok to be human!! :)
