I started 19 days ago eating between 1200- 2000 calories a day. I only weigh once a week. Well today was weigh day! And I only lost .2 lb in a week. I got kinda depressed by that # so I did some math and over all I am losing about .25 lbs per day. So that's good right??

.25 / day is almost 2lbs per week, and that is not slow at all. You're doing fine.
One thing with weighing once a week though....we all have daily fluctuations...which means that one day, that you measure, might be an 'off' day. What I do is weigh every day and then calculate a 7 day average...that way I don't worry about 1 measurement being the day I fluctuate. YMMV.0 -
