Im doing alright today. I am however feeling a little lazy. That might have to do with me being sore from my workout. Ugh. I think a shower is in my future.0

It is mighty cold here in Colorado today. Doing well otherwise. Might venture out in a bit to the mall. My eating habits are still on track and I am still in love with MFP -- maybe more than ever!0

sad sad sad.....I took down the Christmas stuff today. I hate doing that. I am one of these people that can be Christmas like year round.
But I did start off the day right and have continued.
Veggie and protein day.
2 egg omelete w/cheese
2 cups fresh boiled pintos
3 pieces corn bread made with half/half and evap milk
veggie spring rolls, baked, not from a Chinese restaurant0
