Hit my goal size! Took a while but it was worth it.

When I began I was noticing that my pant options were becoming fewer and fewer, from my closet. So by the end of last year I decided to become serious. I refused to buy more clothes. I never really had an ideal number in my head, but just decided to go until I was happy, and I'm there!
I'm 5'2" and my highest was around 135. I'm at 111 and I'm just going to focus on maintaining now.

Hi Chloe0602. You look lovely and quite toned. What diet and exercises did you do to get down to 111? How long did it take? I am the same height, and my starting weight was 134/135. I am currently down to 125 with 1200 calories or less and exercise. It took me about 2.5 months to get to my current weight. My goal weight range is 110 - 115. I am turning 41 in September.0

Thank you! I would say I started tracking daily like 8-9 months ago. I would try and stay around/barely under 1300 calories. I of course had days that I went way over, but never punished myself and would then try to even out the rest of my week to make up for it. never really kept an exercise routine, I tried, but it was never for me. I did however start taking a Zumba class with some friends about 2 months ago, but that is really only 1 day a week, if that. Since I had my Fitbit synced to my account, my exercise calories would be there in my diary, but I never ate them back.
It def took some time and I took a fairly slow route, but it's the only way I could do it.
Thank you all so much!!0 -

You look great. I'm your height, but I've been stuck at 144 for the past month (down from 190). Btw, tell me you aren't putting Halloween décor up already. If you are, we may be BFFs.0

Haha, busted! Yes we are. It's my husband and mines favorite holiday, and we take it very seriously. We transform our house and it takes so long. So we start super early We may even leave some stuff up all year round, lol.
Thanks everyone!!! Couldn't have done it without MFP!!

Great job! I see a difference all over! I am also 5'2" and had almost the same thing happen to me too last spring. My clothes started fitting worse and worse, when I weighed myself I was 134 I've gotten down to about 124 but would like to keep going and see how 120 or 115 feels0

I feel like I wrote that lol. Isn't it such an uncomfortable feeling when you wake up and everything is too tight!
Thanks you guys!!

I too woke up one day, got dressed and my pants were tight...ugh! You look amazing! All that hard work really paid off! I'm 5'2" and 134lbs. with a goal to get to 127. After seeing your pic and how great you look I think I will adjust my goal!0
