I'd like to start a group for those interested in a 10lbs in 10 weeks challenge beginning August 1. We'll have weekly weigh-ins and help motivate each other! Please let me know if you'd like to join.

Agreed, but that is usually an individual. Group challenges can take awhile to set up.

Please join and use the first discussion thread to post your starting weight/goal weight and any other info you'd like to share.
After starting weights are posted, weekly weigh-ins will happen every Tuesday.
