what are some ideas for goals and rewards you set for yourself at different milestones during your weight loss journey??

I try to reward with non-food things.....Some that have worked for me is new outfit, new shoes, expensive pedicure, jewelry, new purse, concert tickets, etc. I hope you find something that works for you!0

My first major milestone (22lbs total lost) will be a pedicure. I'm hoping to hit it this weekend or next, because I really need it!0
