Hello Everyone!
I've been trying to get fit for a while now and every time I start, I cave the third day in, I've started up again and I've been good for a week and I'm excited I keep it going(: more than anything I'd like to lose body fat! Get slim & toned, with a bit of muscle where it counts!! Good luck to everyone on their fitness journey (:
