Flattening a Spare Tire Tummy?

Hello I would really like to focus on a major area where most women seem to have trouble . . . the tummy. I am just not sure how so in a way I feel like my tummy is a little bit harder to deal with. I have what would be considered a spare tire tummy. Where is almost like I had someone tie a rope tight around it making it into two sections. An it kinda hangs down, I noticed with losing weight it kinda recedes if that makes sense. Now I know you can't just pin point one area alone but I was wonder excersizes that would help it along or even if there are foods that I should be cutting out that could help or foods I should be adding.

    Nope. Just keep losing weight.

If you incorporate strength training now it will help you to look more tight/"toned" AFTER you lose the fat.

And those lists of foods that are supposed to get you a flat tummy are generally just foods that make you bloat. Not enough of a reason to avoid beans and broccoli imo.

Agreed-you only notice this if you already have abs anyway. It's misleading

Unfortunately, you can't spot reduce. As you lose, it will come from all over. As mentioned above, lifting weights will help maintain muscle mass while losing and tighten things up.
