I am trying to meet the macro requirements of p90x3. Can someone help me get it equalized? I am having a hard time figuring out what to eat to get it in line, and although the nutrition guide gives some suggestions, no one has the time to spend 2 hours figuring out the perfect meal plan every day by picking and choosing through the list...

It looks like you're doing pretty good. I'd pick up a protein powder and work it in somewhere. Cellucors powder gives you 25g for 120 cals and barely any carbs or fat. I usually have 2 scoops for breakfast. That will help up your protein. They have lots of flavors to choose some and can be added to that morning oatmeal to spice it up some.. just do it AFTER you heat it up in the microwave. Protein powder gets a weird texture if it gets too hot (at least i've noticed it does). To help going over your sugar just drop some of the fruit if you're concerned. And pick something high fat to replace. Avocado's are awesome or you could add some olive oil to your salads. Chicken breast and tuna are also staples to up your protein.
Chances are you're never going to get it perfect. It's really hard to do on a day to day basis. I've found a meal regimine that gets me really close for all of my macros and calorie limits. I eat the same thing M-F. Meal prep on sunday or whatever free evening you have is going to be your best bet. It sucks eating the same thing but it's just easier and then you know you're hitting your goals. Hope this helps!0 -
Don't spend 2 hours planning. Let this auto-generator do it for you. You can tweak it to your preferences.

I like that site but its a little confusing. 1. I cant really cook at work, which it wants me to for snacks and lunch. 2. It doesn't say to buy a certain size at the store, it just shows the amount needed for the recipe, so I assume I manually add all my pantry item sizes I buy0

In the one day you have logged, you can see that you need to up your protein and fats. Meat, cheese, milk, avocado, nuts, nut butters.0

Can you cook at home one night a week? Make a weeks worth of food and store/portion in Tupperware

I believe on @vismal's video he suggests something along the lines of if you hit your protein and fat macros, the carbs will take care of themselves or be close enough.

Yea I'm playing around with it now to find a schedule I can replicate easily and cook in advance. If I cAn find a good baseline then I can substitute items to change it up a little from week to week. I'm considering getting rid of some of the fruit items and added protein shakes, I can't think of another way get another 100g of protein without having carbs way over...hate protein shakes0
