Weigh in tomorrow!

Soooo I started the calorie counting and walking last week on Thursday and today I weighed myself to see if it worked and we'll you'll have to wait til tomorrow!

I need more help/support/tips!

    Keep up the walking! It burns a surprising amount of calories and is easy on the joints compared to a lot of other exercises. Food tracking here on MFP will definitely help you keep yourself in check as well. Feel free to add me and we can keep tabs on each other :) .
