My name is Soc I'm here to lose 200lbs. I come from a large family who are over weight. They think that this is a waste of time. I have no support at home. Friends would be nice on this journey I already have doubt and with no support system I don't know what to do.

Started at 301 and am now at 288. Goal is 200. We can help each other succeed. Stay active, even if its just on your food tracker.
