    Nope. I'm having surgery on my tonsils. I hear you will feel like you have mono in your throat. I recently had mono and lose a lot of weight. It will more likely happen after this surgery too. Also I would still lose the 10 pounds a little quicker than 10 weeks anyways. That is me though.

    Surprisingly I have a group challenge at home and weigh in on every Tuesdays, not online though but none of us are motivated anymore. So it would be a good idea to actually start something new and since I am doing a low calorie intake too on here.
