Les Mills Body Combat Challenge

Hey everyone

I used to go to the gym and do body combat once a week along with the gym. It got too expensive as I had to pay for the crèche as well so I bought Les Mills Combat DVDs and I've been doing them on and off for a while.

I've decided to try again and compete the 60 day challenge. I'm on day 8. Anyone else doing this and want to join me for motivation? I absolutely love it and would absolutely recommend it to anyone. Some days I'm using the Les Mills OnDemand service to mix it up a bit as the DVDs can get repetitive. I just make sure I always do the HIIT:Power when I'm meant to as its more strength training than cardio. Some days I add a wee Sh'Bam workout from on demand as its fun. Lol.

I've noticed a difference already! I waist and hips are definitely smaller!xx

I love Combat and OnDemand! In the group I'm in, we are starting a new challenge for 90 days using OnDemand!

I do it in my gym and will probably try OnDemand but not sure I like the shorter idea as much.

I am going to be starting combat monday! I'm taking the next few days to stretch really good. I have/had plantar fasciatis and wasn't able to really work hard for a while.

They're the full workouts, £9.95 a month with a free 10 day trial.
