Macros

Hey guys. I had a question I hope someone could help me out with; it's concerning macros. Let's say for instance you're having an egg. If the egg has 6 grams of protein and 1 gram of carbohydrates, do you also add the carbohydrates to your daily intake??? Or do you just add the protein grams and consider it "only" as a protein source and nothing else???? So basically you wouldn't enter the carbs in your daily intake.

You add both. There's hardly any food in existence containing only one macronutrient.0

Of course you add all the macros, otherwise you're not logging properly.0

Eggs are the perfect food.
Log them. You will see they have carbs, fat, protein.0 -
Okay. Thanks guys!!!0
