I have been exercising for 3 weeks now. I began walking 20 min 3 days the first week and have now completed 2 weeks of the C25K. I do C25k 3 days a week and 30 minuted on the elliptical 3 days a week. Today, I started a 21 day detox. I also take probioslim twice daily.
Am I on the right track? My initial goal is to lose 70lbs. How long should I plan for that to take at this rate?
Any feedback or suggestions are appreciated.

No more the 2 lbs a week, no less then 1200 calories. First few weeks it comes off easy, then it slows down. So I'm thinking like 30 weeks.0
