Hi everyone! I am new, just signed up. I have tried the calorie count and food diary before and I just lose interest and stop doing it. Any tips would be helpful!

    Welcome! I think one of the best things you can do to keep motivated is to find a few "dedicated" friends on MFP to keep you interested in reaching your goals. Along with keeping up with my food diary, it really helps me to stay on track when I get feedback from my friends!:flowerforyou:

    I found downloading the app for my phone really helps. I write things just as I finish my food so I don't forget anything and don't cheat.
