Loosing weight with Cystic Fibrosis

Hello Everyone! My name is Emily, I have Cystic Fibrosis. CF is a genetic lung and stomach disease. Typically with CF you will be very malnourished and under weight but there are those few people who aren't. I am one of those cases! My doctors want me to loose 30-40 lbs to be at a healthy weight! Wish me luck!! :#

    Good luck! My husband has CF and he is one that has to really work to keep weight on due to the fact that he has zero pancreatic function, so we have to eat COMPLETELY differently since I struggle to keep weight off! Feel free to message me. :smile:
