Diet for weight loss/gain. exercise for strength, fitness and asthetics.

Eat a calorie deficit. You can't spot reduce fat and that's exactly what it is.

    best of luck!

Weight lifting = building muscle = burning fat 24/7. While you cannot spot reduce fat, what about doing some bent-over barbell rows? Can also do the one arm row with dumbbells. Develops the latissimus dorsi (lats). A few other exercises for the lats...

I think the bra line sausage-effect is really tough and you need low body fat and good genes :) I only say that because I notice it on slim girls too.

I make sure my bra isn't too tight to cause the sausaging effect. I also like wearing tanks with built in support - it seems to minimize it.

Get properly fitted for a bra at a local shop, Nordstrom, or Dillard's. Wearing the wrong size bra is what causes the roll. Do not get fitted at Victoria's Secret.

Rotation moves with band, cable, medicine ball... Also side crunches.

I used to work at Victoria's Secret, and even though not everyone feels comfortable in the brand, they/we DO know how to bra fit. At least here in Manhattan we do! That being said, it sounds a bit like your band is too tight. If when you take it off at the end of the day, it shouldn't leave red indentations. And because a woman's weight fluctuates so much, you have to get re-fitted every 6 months to make sure you are still the same size. All ladies take note!

Just eat right and exercise sweetheart. Watch your sodium. You can do it!

Get a better bra and lose weight. No exercise will help with what you want to accomplish.

    Yes, ....i agree with this^^.
Or just start doing a full weightlifting program, such as "stronglifts 5x5" or "ice cream fitness".

Hey thanks for this! I knew we had to get refitted but not how often! I hope in 6 months I'll have a tinier bra band.
