Weird...no notification ending my day under 1200cal

I realized after I finished my diary that I hadn't recorded a couple things properly, so I hadn't really eaten under 1200cal (my goal is 1300), but when I had hit the button to finish my days' entries my calorie count was 1148, and I didn't get an "eat more calories" notification. I did get the 5 week projection. Just thought this was weird!

I am 5'2", so maybe that has something to do with it, though I did get that notification a couple times before around a month ago. So idk what's up, but I thought this was weird & wondered if this happened to anyone else.

I think that the notice is currently set at days under 1000 calories, rather than 1200 calories.

It's always been 1200 for me. Male/female difference?

Ah, maybe. That makes sense, thanks! I can't remember if before I tried to close under 1000cal or not now. But it had said something like "we recommend you eat at least 1200 cal" so I thought that was the threshold. Ok, cool :)

According to the article on the MFP Help pages, here are the criteria for messages, projected weight calculations, and posting news feed cards.
1200+ calories (women) or 1500+ calories (men)
    • 5-week projected weight is calculated
    • Diary Complete news feed card is posted (if this option is active)

1000-1199 calories (women) or 1200-1499 calories (men)
    • 5-week projected weight is calculated
    • Diary complete news feed card is posted
    • A message alerting the user to possible under-eating is presented

Fewer than 1000 calories (women) or fewer than 1200 calories (men)
    • A message alerting the user to possible under-eating
    • Projected weight is not calculated
    • News feed card is not posted

Can't be male/female, I've always had it chat at me under 1200, but it didn't bother me when I accidentally hit it at 1190 a few days back. Hrm. Gremlins.

I only joined last week, but so far all of my days have been slightly below 1200 (note I'm very short and 1200 is my goal). I haven't gotten any notifications.
