I am a 43 year old working woman that had bariatric surgery on November 24 2014. I started out at 337.8 and am on a very long road to a healthier me. It's been 8 months and im down almost 90 pounds. People say it's the easy way but let me tell you one thing... it's not easy, you still have to and count calories. Protein is nasty and I struggle with getting in the amount of protein that the doctors want me to. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Greek yogurt!
    TRUTH!
I get plain Greek Yogurt and mix in various types of berries, and as stated above, I mix in cottage cheese.
