I started exercising(30-50 min jogging and 30-60min walking everyday) and eating clean(1200 calories and I cut out all processed sugars and unhealthy foods). The first week I lost 3lbs and now(almost 2 weeks in) I'm right back to where I started. I wake up at 5 and go for a jog followed by a walk and then eat a good breakfast. Am I doing something wrong? Please help

Make sure you are getting a good quantity for the food you eat.

Are you using a digital food scale for everything ?

Are you getting any calories thru drinks that are not counted ?

Are you eating back all of you exercise calories the app gives you?

If so cut that back to half. I think it gives me too many calories burned for walking and such.

If your body is getting more healthy, it isn't unheard of to eat right and exercise and gain a little then start dropping fat

I remember in boot camp in the military some people actually gained weight a bit when eating right and working out

Just double check your MFP settings and be patient.

Also, measure your body. Waist, hips, chest, 4" above and below your knees and elbows. Use the skin crease behind your knees to have a consistent spot easy to find every time

    Don't give up.

Correct deficit calories and exercise works

If you're sure you're accurately calculating your calories then you probably dropped water weight the first week. If you just started all of that exercise your body isn't used to it and is probably retaining an entirely different body of water. If this is the case your body will readjust to your new eating and exercising habits and settle down a bit. You should stick with it. Just make really sure you're accurately weighing your solid and semi-solid foods on a scale and using measuring cups for liquids.

I have been using MFP to keep track and that's how i know I'm staying within the 1200 calorie range. Also, I've only been drinking water and green tea(not sweetener added). Actually I have been feeling very bloated this week I don't know why though because I'm eating the cleanest possible and I use MFP to see if I'm getting the right amount of nutrients. BTW I'm 20 and around 140 pounds

Eating clean doesn't = to losing weight. People can eat clean and still gain weight if they're eating more than they burn. If you been at this for a while (at least 3 weeks) and still aren't losing weight then you aren't eating at a deficit. Are you sure you're eating just 1200 calories a day? The smaller you are the smaller you're deficit is, now would be a great time to start using a food scale and weighing/measuring every thing you eat and drink.

If you are new to exercising then some of this could be water retention.

Sounds like your logging is broken. I suggest opening your diary so the community can debug the problem for you.

I started running on top of my walking and gained over 2 lbs from water weight alone. It took about a week to go away. That might be your issue.

Have some patience. You're new to exercise so you're likely retaining water for muscle repair. Plus, it's only been 2 weeks. Not nearly enough time to see significant results. Give it more time and keep going.
