    Just the act of logging EVERYTHING you eat and drink on a daily basis can be motivating-- I did that for just two weeks and then started making gradual but real changes to stay within my calorie goal for the day. You start thinking differently about the second glass of wine and that handful of potato chips when you know you are going to record it in MFP.

    You can't lose 40 pounds quickly and be healthy. If you are looking for an easy way out, you won't find it here. If you are willing to be patient and lose it healthy, than you have a great support system here.
