I've just done a Barre workout. I'm doing them on my rest days as I feel really guilty about doing nothing. I can really feel it in my thighs and lower tummy

How do you log a Barre class in mf p? Is it Pilates, yoga, cardio...?0

What is it all about? I have heard varying things about the setup of the classes0

Love them and I log it as ballet. My experience is that dance class is 50% barre work until about a month before show time. My teacher was a bear for the fundamentals, even into my 20s I always break a sweat in class, so I definitely wouldn't log it as yoga. Possibly low impact aerobics. The barre is a cruel master, but there is nothing like it for increasing flexibility while shaping the buttocks.0
