    Hi.I've been depressed for a long time but I'm feeling much better now and need to lose weight and get fit.I get bored at the gym so need to get out and walk more.What do you do to get fit?.

    Start off with what you like, walking, bike riding, hiking. As time goes on and you find that getting easy push yourself to make it more difficult, maybe run a little then walk, or take a harder route! Ease yourself into working out & make it enjoyable! Bring a friend or family member too, it seems to go by faster!
