Start logging everyday for a month and track your weight. Make adjustments up or down accordingly. Lift weights and some cardio like walking or whatever you like.

You can put your stats into MFP & let it calculate for you - then see how the resulting figures work for you over a month's period of time. I am thinking you want to boost energy and not fatigue, right? :) Make sure you eat for nutrition and not just for calories, drink plenty of fluids, and get enough sleep (including a nap if you feel like you need one).

Nothing beats plain ole' walking for safe exercise. If you are not walking much, just increase your distance gradually over a couple of weeks. Swimming is also wonderful exercise. Beyond that, it just depends on your goals and fitness levels. Weight lifting will help you preserve muscles and is awesome for balance, too.

Edit: I just looked at your info and it seems you are not a "Senior" so you may be asking for someone else? Still, same applies for them.

Nutrition is important for energy levels. Make sure the macros are in balance and that hydration is adequate, at least 8 large glasses of water per day. Medical check could help check labs such as vit D and iron, thyroid. Etc.
