Does anyone have any tips for firming up a baggy/saggy tummy after having children? Mine looks like elephant skin - not attractive!!!

If it's just skin, there's not much to be done about it. Some people get no stretch marks, the fat disappears and skin bounces right back (if they diet and exercise.) Other women will have loser skin and it will never be the same.
So, diet and exercise. Lift weights. Do your best. But bear in mind that your body may have undergone some changes that cannot be undone.
If you escaped with bladder problems and hemorrhoids, thank your lucky stars that it's just your skin!!0 -
thanks I guess I may have to live with it0

Depends
Are you target weight or overweight
Is it loose skin or fat?
If it's fat then this is the best tip

If it's loose skin like this, where there is no fat and you can pinch it and it's only 1-5mm thick
then surgery0
