2nd Time Trying

Logging my first day of food (for the 2nd time) and before dinner I still have quite a few sodium and sugars left. Do I have to use what is recommended or is it OK if I have some of these two specific items left over? My first try at this I found an excuse to quit the first day...Remedied that excuse for this time. Since I'm planning on being on here this time for quite a while, I hope I get friends and encouragement to keep the motivation going.

    This is my second time as well. Great success the first time but didn't keep it up and gained the pounds right back. This time....we got this!
