i think im losing weight too fast

hi..i started this 26 days ago and i have lost 21 pounds so far...im supposed to have 1500 calories a day..and i usually do eat that....i just think thats alot of weight lost in just a short time..oh dont get me wrong i love it..but was just a little concerned

    It's fine..
    You made a big change in your lifestyle, so you're getting big results.

    It will slow down as you get smaller... Enjoy it.

    If you're really worried, drop by the doc and get a checkup, but when you're a big guy or girl then you can get away with big weight loss.

    The only thing I can think of that might become an issue from losing weight fast, is sagging skin, but I don't know if that is an issue for you at all, just saying.

    when you've got that much to lose, losing big numbers in the beginning is normal. Take it while you got it, as it will eventually slow down.

    Are you following the calories mfp has given you?
    I assume you chose to lose 2lbs a week?

    Well keep going as you are and don't forget to readjust your new weight every 10lbs or so.

    Also, hopefully someone will post the chart showing the recommendations of how many lbs you should lose per week compared to your weight.
    The only one I remember is 25lbs or less to lose, you should aim for .5lbs loss per week.

    But at 1500 cals /day... It's no wonder you are throwing the weight off.

    Try another calculator like "If it fits your macros", or "scooby's calculator".
