i hope to lose 20 pounds, by limiting caffeine, carbs and sugar, and eating mainly whole foods. For the next 3 mos- I want to cut down to 2-3 cups of coffee/day, exercise 4x or more per week, limit wine to 1x per week, and eliminate desserts except for occasional special treat. I hope to lose belly fat and strengthen core. I hope to do yoga 1x per week either at home or class.
