Runtastic app

Hello,
Does anyone use the Runtastic app. I've been using it for a couple of years, and I'm regularly flabbergasted by the stats it records.
For example, this morning it recorded an average *walking* speed of 5.6-mph (a 10.7 minute mile). That's not possible. I'm *more* out of breath and my heart rate is higher when I walk on the treadmill at 3.2-mph. Also, another app (Walk for a Dog) recorded my average speed for the same walk as 3.66-mph.
I have an iPhone 4s. I've ensured that my weight is accurate in my Runtastic app profile. I use the Runtastic heart rate monitor. I have wifi on. I have the auto-pause setting on for times when I stop moving (i.e. dog potty breaks). These are all the steps I can think of to ensure that the app records accurate stats, but it continues to record unreasonable numbers.
I love that the Runtastic app auto-syncs with the MyFitnessPal app, but I always have to go in and correct the speed and calories-burned.
I'd love some input or advice. Can anyone recommend a more accurate and reliable app? If possible, I'd prefer an app that auto-syncs with the MyFitnessPal and EveryMove apps.
Thanks!

Hello,
I use the app but must admit that I only ever look at the distance I've done. I will have a look after my run tonight to see if I think it looks accurate and get back to you.0 -
Have you tried the MapMyWalk etc apps? The speed and distance calculations seem reasonable to me based on what I know from driving my neighborhood about how far things are.
ETA: MapMyWalk/Fitness/etc sync with both MFP and EveryMove.0 -
I use Runkeeper, and although it's pretty basic, it does what I want it to do, including sync to MFP. I would recommend giving it a try0
