Trying to adjust my lifestyle to how I want it to be, instead of how it has been.
One of the big things I have struggled with when it comes to weight loss is finding the time for everything. For the last 3 years I have been working 40+ hours a week and finishing my BBA in Accounting at night. I'm 24, finally finished with my degree and starting to study for my CPA exam. Can anyone offer advice on how to start exercising more regularly? I'm trying to plan around my work and study schedule but I end up feeling too tired to do anything.

Wake up earlier, you only need 30 minutes of good intense workout. It's the quality of the workout not how long you do it for. I feel that everybody has time in the day to do a little workout, if you really want it you will find time.0
