I made myself a juice with lunch today and it took 4 medium oranges and two carrots to make enough to fill a small glass.

I can't figure out how to count the calories. Do I just count them as if they were whole fruits/veggies?

Calories-wise, Yes, you could log them as the fruit itself. But if you log the fruit itself, it will give you credit for fiber that you've skipped. Is there an entry for fresh-squeezed OJ? Like, "orange juice, raw" or something?
