Just can't seem to get this right

Hi my name is Nikki. I've been trying to lose weight for a LONG time. But I just can't seem to stay focused long enough to make it really happen. Never lost more than 20-25 lbs. hope this time will be different

    Keeping motivated to do it is so hard I know but you can do it just stay strong!
