Spend some time reading through the success stories. They're inspiring and are full of information too. And read the stickies in the weightloss forum.0

The very beginning is the hardest - you just need to hold yourself accountable and even if you don't want to take that first step, do it anyways. I know for me I didn't want to start working out and had to force myself to start going and now I have to go all the time!! You can do it!
