3.6 pounds away from a normal BMI!!!

This seems to be the hardest leg of the journey. Ideally, I would like to get to a 22 or 23 BMI. But right now this is my biggest and most important milestone. I have so far lost over 30 pounds (10 of my weight loss was pre-MFP).
I was a little bummed as after a long weekend I weighed myself in again this morning and the scale was stuck at 203.6.

Congratulations on your fantastic achievement thus far. I have heard that the last few pounds are the hardest. Maybe you need to shake up your exercise a little bit and/or look at your food diary to check for any little fatty gremlins. Also, keep in mind that your body will find its own heathy weight and size, as long as you continue to nourish it with good food and exercise. BMI is a quick tool only and not a true measure of health. All the best!0
