Potatoes- cooked & refrigerated eat by date?

Hi, I am meal prepping for the week. Wanted to know how long are oven roasted potatoes good for in the fridge.

    Three or four days maybe. Put some in the freezer today if you want them for Friday.

    My aunt being a dietitian would say two days. I eat stuff 4 or 5 days old and don't get sick.

    You cannot freeze roasted potatoes and thaw them out. I tried it and they were disgusting. They completely lost their texture and were just a sorry mess.

    Until they don't smell so good. I always go by sense of smell for pretty much all food.

    LOL This!!! When starchy foods go bad it is easy to tell.

    Potatoes should stay good in the fridge for most of the week, but it will vary based on the temperature of the fridge and how often and how long it's opened.
