I have never put those in. I have put in dry oats and that tastes good IMO.

Every one has diff taste buds. What is yummy to me might be Meh. to you. Try mixing a Tbl of each along with a few berries. Easy peasy.

I usually add 1/3 cup All Bran Buds to 1 cup Greek yogurt and 1/2 cup blueberries. I add a generous sprinkle of cinnamon. It tastes very good to me, and it's a nice filling breakfast. I don't grind the bran buds - just toss them in. I definitely recommend that you try it.

I don't like "stuff" of any sort in my yogurt. I don't like fruit on the bottom, I don't like candy mix ins, I likely wouldn't like flax or all-bran. I would be more likely to make a high fiber muffin and eat it with it.

Don't grind the Bran Buds. Make a parfait with them. Layer the berries, Buds and yogurt in a parfait glass (or bowl if you don't have a parfait glass). I do this for dessert sometimes. Buds are crunchier, and therefore better IMO, than granola for a parfait.

Don't grind all bran buds! D: they're fine as they are, and pretty good imo with milk or soymilk. Be sure to drink more water with them, because if you don't the extra fibre can make you kinda "stuck". If you're grinding flax, consider grinding them yourself (as opposed to buying preground flax) is better. My fibre intake is pretty good, but I don't eat a higher fibre breakfast. Usually more fibre happens around supper *shrugs* best of luck!

Why is it better to grind flax seeds yourself?
