    Weigh it in grams and log it that way.

    There is one that is wildly inaccurate. I think what I do is use canned corn instead. The canned corn entries seem to be accurate.

    There is, or used to be, a crazy one. But "corn, sweet, yellow, raw" is a good one.

    For fresh corn look for "corn USDA" - then log it in grams using your food scale. Or if you're using canned corn scan the barcode on the can.

    Yes. The entry for "corn - yellow" is insane...I think it's for grain/field corn (what cornmeal is made from) rather than sweet corn.

    I meant for corn on the cob. Will the corn sweet yellow raw work for it by weighing the whole corn on cob?

    For corn on the cob weigh the cob - eat the corn - weigh the cob again - subtract the cob weight from the total weight to just get the amount you ate.

    Heh, I usually cut off the corn, so didn't even think about that.

    There are corn, sweet, yellow, cooked options--just pick your cooking method and then subtract out the cob after you eat it.
