In Ketosis need help meeting Fat intake goals.

So I just came off an 85 hour fast and now my body is in Ketosis and to keep it there I need less than 50g of carbs a day (my personal goal is 30g) and that part is going great. However, in order for my body to use fat as a resource for energy; I need to eat more of it. Having a hard time getting 89g in a day. Any suggestions?

Whole eggs and avacados will add more fat.0

Coconut oil, grass fed butter....have you ever heard of ghee? I'm also trying to get into ketosis but I can only handle 24 hr fasts.0
