This could be a snack, meal, some weird healthy combo that you've made up...anything!
I love putting curly kale in the oven with some salt/pepper for 10 mins, and then opening the oven to glorious healthy crisps/chips Sometimes i'll put spices on there too. Yum yum.

Fruit. I could live eating figs, grapes and watermelon and nothing else, but traumatic childhood experience says this results in excruciating tummy pain Also frozen yoghurt, either plain or with fruit (peach yoghurt is really awesome). Nut butters, especially pistachio butter. It is also a great basic ingredient for pistachio ice cream.0

Linguine and white clam sauce!
With crusty Italian bread to dip!

I love spaghetti squash!! Why? cause it is super low cal and I never feel guilty eating a whole plate of it! Anddd never feel like I over ate andddd can add all sorts of ingredients, sauces, veggies, or meat so that it's a new experience every time!0

Right now I can't pass the peaches in a store without buying at least one to eat immediately. Normally, I have a couple squares of a good dark chocolate with some fresh ground peanut butter on top. yum!
And tons of different spicy food. Most food I eat is spicy. Even some dessert and hot cocoa.
