                    its hard for me to eat only 1500 cal a day, maybe I should train more to eat more haha

            If you aren't eating enough your body starts a starvation mode and holds on to the fat .Im a big lad and im surprised at the amount of calories I have to eat plus with training which adds more ..And I am knocking the weight off slowly but surely0

            Ahh.. I may research it a bit more. I may have to reassess my diet plan.
