Getting back in training

Hi, I'm getting back into my training to lose about 25lbs. I train from home in my own gym doing mainly crossfit and weight training.
New to MFP And looking for any people doing the same thing. I'm based in Norfolk and a personal trainer so should know what I'm doing and using this app to assist with Macro tracking

    hiya im just trying to get back into training, i mainly do spinning and les mills classes at my local gym. i love the training just need to clean my diet up. good luck with your journey :)
