I'm over working and under losing

I'm on my bike for over an hour at a time sometimes nearly 2 hours and sometimes twice a day and barely losing weight. I'm keeping under 1400 calories a day and staying away from sugar best i can. No soda. Lots of water. Only lost 10lbs in the first week them stopped losing. It's been total 3 weeks and the scale isn't moving at all. I'm getting discouraged. Also very tired lately.

    Do you eat back your exercise calories? Do you take rest days?
    The only way that you are going to lose weight is if you take in fewer calories than you burn. Exercise can help increase the deficit but ultimately it is for fitness and diet is where you will see your weight loss results.

    10 pounds in three weeks is great! I don't see the problem.Most people don't even lose that in a month. Patience. :)

    Yea, 10lbs is good, you might have a unrealistic goals; give yourself a break.

    Maybe OP was expecting 30 pounds lost?
